My Account Help
Signing Up & Logging In
For your convenience, we provide you with Signing up service where you can
save your information (such as shipping and billing address, contact and
etc) with us so that you do not need to fill in every time you like to
make an order. To sign up, please follow the steps below:

Click at the
“Register Now” button located on the left side of every page and you
will be directed to our registration page.

Once inside the page,
please key in your valid email address and choose your password. This
email address will be your username.

Then fill in your
shipping and billing information including your contact numbers. Please
note that those fields with red asterisk are important fields to have
your order shipped to you correctly. If theses fields are blank, you
will be prompted to fill up again.

You may also let us
know your preferences by filling the “Your comment”. For example, if you
do not want us to call you and like to communicate via email only, you
can specify it here.

Once you are done,
please click “Sign Up” button located right at the bottom of the page.
To log in, you can either use our quick login banner located on the left
side of every page or click “My Account” button located at the top of
every page. If you choose the latter method, you will be directed to our
member login page where you need to key in your Username (your email
address) and Password registered with us. Then, you will be directed to
“My Account” page where you can see your order history, edit your profile,
change your username and password.
Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password, please click “Forget password” text located
on the left side of every page and key in your username (your email
address). Your password will be subsequently sent to your email address.
Update My Account
To update your account, please follow the following steps:

Click “My Account”
button located at the top of every page and you will be directed to our
login page. You can also use our quick login banner located on the left
side of every page.

Key in your username
(your email address) and password registered with us and you will be
directed to “My Account” page.

Once inside the page,
please click “Edit my profile and Password” to go to our edit page.

Point your mouse to
the fields (one at a time) you want to update and edit the text.

Click “Update”
button.
Tracking My Orders
For your convenience, we provide you with order tracking service where you
can always know the status of your order. To track your order, please
follow the steps below:

Login by using
either our quick login banner located at the left of every page or click
"My Account" button located at the top of every page.

Once inside “My
Account” page, you will see your order history.
-
Check the Status
field and you will see one of the 3 statuses; confirmed, paid(payment
method),
and shipped(payment method).

After you submit your
order,
you can expect to see a confirmed order
within 72 hours
-
If your order Status
is confirmed, it means we have already confirmed your order. Click
“Details” to find out the details of our confirmation. Please note that
this confirmation will be valid only for 24 hours started from our
confirmation date, which can be seen from the “Confirmed Date” field.

If your order Status
is paid, it means you have already paid for your order and we are now
packing your order. This would normally take less than 48 hours.

If your order Status
is shipped, it means we have already shipped your order and you can
check with our shipping partners the status of your shipment. Please
note that your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
