Ordering process
When you find any fashion handbags you like to buy, you can click “Add to
Shopping Cart” button to have the item added to your cart. This process
would repeat until you are satisfied with your shopping and like to check
out. To check out, simply click the “Check Out” button located at the top
of every page and you will be prompted for username and password. If you
would like to view your shopping cart before checking out, please click
“View Cart” button also located at the top of every page and you will be
directed to our “View Cart” page.
Once inside the page, you can update the quantity and/ or delete items
already in your shopping cart. Please make sure to click “Update Shopping
Cart” to refresh the page and have your new total price calculated. After
you are satisfied with your order, please click “Check Out” button
located on top of "Remove" column and you will be directed to member check
out section where you will be prompted for username and password registered
with us.
After you confirm and submit your order, an email containing your order
information will be sent to you shortly. In the meantime, we will check
our stock availability (this would normally take less than 72 hours) and
try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Once we finish checking, we will send an email to inform you to login to
our website and check our confirmed stocks. Please come to our website
and login using your username and password registered with us. Once
logged in, please go to “My Account” page where you will find the history
of your order. Click the “Details” button to view our confirmed stocks.
Basically, we will separate your ordered handbags into 2 groups; those
immediately available and those need to be backordered. Now, we will give you three
delivery options; choose option A if you like to have only available
handbags. Choose option B if you want all handbags that you ordered, but
like to have them separately delivered (i.e. you want the immediately
avalable stock delivered to you first followed by backordered one 2~3
weeks later). Finally, choose option C if you
like all your handbags shipped together after the backordered is ready
(this would lower your shipping cost).
After choosing your delivery option, please choose your payment methods.
Due to the high turnover of our wholesale handbags, we request you to
confirm your order within 24 hours after which we may not be able to
secure some of your order. To confirm your order, you can either make an
online payment via Paypal (you need to be Paypal member) or wire transfer
the payment to our bank and fax your wire transfer instructions (a copy of
the bank transfer
you receive from your bank) to 662 2080827.
Once we receive your payment, we will pack and ship the products to your
specified shipping address. Please make sure that the address is correct
before submitting your order. We will not be responsible for any cost
resulting from the wrong shipping address.
Custom-made order & Samples order
In case that you would like to have your own design; either by sending us
your design via email or choosing from our online catalog (those shown
with Custom made order), and/or have
your own label tagged to your fashion handbags, we would require a minimum
order of 100 bags/design (or 200 bags/design if you choose your own
design). It is normally cheaper to choose your design from our
online catalog (those shown with custom made order). However, we still
have rights to the design meaning that we can, in the future, make the
same or similar handbags based on that design. Making handbags according
to your design would be a little more expensive (10~20%) and may take
longer time depending on material availability. In any cases, you may
request us to make a sample for you by specifying in your email to our
wholesale fashion handbags’ sale office. Please note that we may not be
able to match your material but we will try our best to find the closest
match. These samples would cost between US$15~$30 depending on your
preferred material and complexity of your design. Please also note that,
we do not accept any return, other than defect, of your custom made
handbags. (Tips: our customers normally choose the design from our
online catalog and send us their own label. In this way, they can reduce
the manufacturing time and save more money than having their own-designed
handbags)
You can, not only order samples for your custom made handbags, but also
for our normal online handbags. When you are checking out, if the items in
your shopping carts do not meet our minimum requirements (US$500/order,
20 units/design and 5units/color), you will be prompted to increase
your order to meet our required minimum. You can choose to buy samples by
ticking the order sample box. Please note that, your unit price will be
doubled for sample order as we would like to keep this wholesale price
only to our genuine wholesale customers.
If you are wholesaler, the price difference would be credited back to your
account and would be used when you make your first wholesale purchase.
This credit can not be used for future sample purchases.
Please note that we require a full payment, exclusive of shipping &
handling fee, upon confirmation of your custom made order. A shipping &
handling fee would be given to you once your custom made order is ready
for shipment.
Backorder
When you send us your order, we will check our stocks to see if the
ordered handbags are available. If we do not have available stock for you;
we will inform you accordingly (normally within 72 hours). If we are still
making them, you can either choose to backorder and wait (normally about
2~3 weeks) or cancel your order. If we no longer make them (you will see
“0” quantity for the item in the details page under “My Account” page),
but you still want to go ahead with your order, we would require a minimum
of 100 bags/design. You can request us to make you a sample before you proceed
with your order. The rules and requirements for sample order apply. Please
