Return
Our return policy is as follows:

You are given up to 14 days to return the ordered products for any
reason. We will refund the remaining,
after deducting shipping and handling fees, to your specified account.
Please note that you need to obtain a RMA# from us within 14 days by
sending an email detailing the code, quantity and reason for return, to
our wholesale fashion handbags’ sale office, and that you need to
arrange, at your own expenses, to have the products properly packed and
shipped to our wholesale fashion handbags’ factory outlet located at
120/325 Soi 10, Opp.Baiyoke 1, Indra market,
Rajprarop Road, Pratunam, Bangkok 10400 THAILAND, Tel: 662 2080781 Fax:
662 208-0827. Please also note that we do not accept any return,
other than defects, of custom made handbags.

We will arrange with our shipping partners to have the wrongly shipped
and defective handbags sent back to us at our own expenses. You are
given up to 2 business days (from the date you receive your shipment) to
notify us of such products, after which we will treat this return as the
normal return, which would subject to the terms and conditions stated
above. Please make sure that you are given a RMA# (Returned Merchandise
Authorization number), via email, without which no returns will be
accepted.

Wrongly shipped products do not include products with wrong color shades
(i.e. very light brown and light brown), slightly wrong material (i.e.
suede with big flower print and suede with medium flower print) and
other minor modification (i.e. different stitch or button). We will
try our best to provide you the handbags with exact color shade and
material compared to what you see in our website. However, due to the
subtle differences in color and some materials we may not be able to
provide you the EXACT match. You are welcome to return these products
under the normal return’s terms and conditions.

Any refused shipment
sent back to NewTrendOnline.com does not constitute the right to a
refund or credit. This includes, but not limited to, return due to wrong
shipping address given by our customers. For any cases, you will need to
arrange with us to have this refused shipment delivered to you again.
Should you decide not to receive such refused shipment, we will refund
back to you the remaining after deducting
shipping & handling cost from your payment.

To obtain an
Returned Merchandise Autohrization (RMA) number, please send an email
containing the following details to our
wholesale fashion handbags’ sale office within 14 days (for
normal return) and within 2 business days (for wrongly shipped, and
defective products return):

include a copy of your invoice and your RMA number in the return package.
Please also note that we will credit back to your account within 30 days

Our Sales & Shipping
policy is as follows:

We reserve the right
to change all online prices without prior notice.

We normally take less than 72 hours to confirm your order, less than 48
hours to pack and ship your order, less than 3 weeks to have your
backordered ready, and less than 4 weeks to have your custom made order
ready. However, the actual manufacturing time depends on the
availability of your preferred material and our available capacity. You
will be informed again after you make your order.

There would be no
refund for custom made handbags canceled and/or returned (other than
defect)

We would charge 25%
handling fee for cancellation of the order whose products have already
been reserved for you (i.e. those waiting to be shipped out).

Refused or
undeliverable shipment returned to us will be subject to shipping & handling cost.

We do not ship to
APO addresses.
